Kindred Counseling and Wellness offers psychotherapy, coaching, and wellness services to equip you with the self-awareness and tools needed to create meaningful life changes. We offer therapy to address a range of concerns including anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, perfectionism, grief and loss, workplace burnout and stress, and more. We specialize in Relational Trauma, including unresolved issues from childhood, parental hurt (often referred to as “mommy/daddy issues”), attachment wounds, and relational patterns that impacts one’s ability to maintain various forms of connection. Our approach is trauma-informed and holistic, combining evidence-based psychotherapy with body-centered practices such as mindfulness, yoga, and nervous system awareness. We believe healing happens when the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—is supported, and we’re committed to creating a safe, authentic, and compassionate space for that process.

Or, maybe as a couple or family, you’ve noticed that things just seem difficult. Conversations are hard. The relationship feels strained. No one feels understood. You keep bumping heads—and no matter how hard you try, achieving the connection you truly desire keeps falling flat. You want things to change for the better, but you just don’t know how, or your efforts feel promising at first until conflict, stress, or a trigger throws everything off track again.
