Hi, I’m Ronda! When I started my private practice, I knew I wanted my message anchored in this truth: transformation exists in our interconnectedness and within our multifaceted nature. And that’s how Kindred Counseling and Wellness became the name.

Throughout my career, I’ve sat in many seats. I have guided adults through the tender process of healing childhood trauma, helped couples unravel the attachment patterns that fuel disconnection, held space for yoga students to cultivate a more embodied self, partnered with businesses to dismantle the systems that drive burnout and relational strain, and empowered fellow helping professionals to amplify their reach without sacrificing their capacity or authenticity.

What I’ve learned is this: Human beings are complex, relational, and deeply impacted by the environments we inhabit. And because our lives do not existence in isolation, neither should our individual or collective healing.

Kindred stands as a response to the systems and cultures that ask people to cope alone, disconnect from themselves, and hide their pain. I believe meaningful change happens yes in our solitude but also in relationship, in community, and in spaces where we feel genuinely understood. That’s why I specialize in Relational Trauma, so we can better exist together and encounter healing as an experience, not just a concept.

The thread that runs through every offer at KCW is interconnectedness. Because beneath the roles, daily stressors, and the natural ebbs and flows of life, we are not separate people trying to do life on our own. In our humanness we exist together. And because of that, we are Kindred.
