Mindful Mondays: Summer Meditation Series


Join us this summer, every Monday at 2pm from June 23rd to July 28th for a gentle, virtual meditation practice. These 30-minute drop-in gatherings are designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and start your week with a sense of calm. Whether you are new to meditation, practice regularly, or just need a mid-day pause, all are welcome here. This offering is donation-based so all may join.

What to expect: This brief practice will last 30 minutes. The first 5 minutes will be designated to allowing participants to arrive, settle in, and ease into practice. The 20 minute meditation practice will be a guided practice with ambient music to invite a calming environment. The final 5 minutes will be designated for gently grounding back into the present moment with a brief check-in and closing reflection.

When: Every Monday, June 23rd through July 28th at 2pm-2:30pm EST. Feel free to join us for 1, 2, or all 6 weekly practices.

Where: Virtual. You will receive the link to join upon confirmation.

Cost: This offering is donation-based. If you feel moved to donate, you will have an opportunity to do so after our practice. Donations are not required but all are appreciated!
