Where Mental Health Meets Community

Trauma-informed workshops for organizations ready to reduce burnout, strengthen workplace relationships, and build lasting psychological safety.

Hi, I’m Ronda!

I believe businesses are more than operations, they are the fabric of our communities. Our educators, healthcare providers, legal professionals, nonprofit teams, and organizational leaders and professionals all makeup the ecosystem that keeps our communities connected, functioning, and responsive to of our daily needs.

And when we take care of the people inside these organizations, we take care of each other. We take care of ourselves.

I've facilitated workshops across various settings including education, leadership conferences, mental health practices, and more. What stays with me after every room I've walked into is that these are real people. People with real lives, real mental health, and real needs that, when unmet, can significantly impact how an organization functions.

This leaves me with greater clarity that addressing burnout, workplace relationships, and psychological safety is not just relevant, it’s vital.

That's what brings me to this work, and why I'd love to bring it to yours.

Workplace Wellness Workshops

With nearly 72% of U.S. employees reporting moderate to high stress at work, it is clear that burnout and stress has become a common experience (Aflac WorkForces Report, 2025), and organizations are feeling the impact.

When these concerns of burnout, stress, and presenteeism go unaddressed or remain ineffectively resolved, the effects ripple across every level of an organization leaving both employees and leaders frustrated. Organizations experience decreased productivity, increased absenteeism, and declining team cohesion while leaders and employees are left disengaged, emotionally and mentally exhausted, and feeling disconnected from their work and workplace relationships.

Your organization doesn't need another self-care checklist and pizza party, it needs real solutions.

Ronda Monroe offers trauma-informed workshops designed to equip organizations with evidence-based tools and strategies that address the root causes of workplace stress, strengthen team relationships, and cultivate a culture of sustainable wellbeing so organizations and teams may thrive.
