Our Process

Getting started with your immigration evaluations

Initial Consultation

A 15-minute consultation to understand your needs and the purpose of the evaluation.
Two 90-min or one 3 hours interview exploring your experiences, history, and psychological functioning.

We begin with an initial consultation to learn more about your circumstances, discuss the purpose of the evaluation, and determine whether our services are appropriate for your needs. To schedule, 50% of payment is due at this time.

Clinical Interview

During the 2-3 hour clinical interview, we explore your personal history, relevant experiences, psychological functioning, and the circumstances related to your immigration case in a supportive, trauma-informed environment.

Report Delivery

Comprehensive evaluation provided to attorney.

Following the evaluation, we prepare a comprehensive written report that documents relevant clinical findings and psychological factors. The completed evaluation is provided to the referring attorney. For you attorney to receive the report, the remain 50% of fee is due.
